Program Overview
There's no question about the benefits of eating lean and healthy, but old habits are hard to change. There's a good chance you've tried diets or eating plans, gone to support groups, read books, and may have even tried diet pills before. If you’re like many, most your results were limited and temporary.
When comfort foods come a-calling, it is difficult to say no. It'
s difficult to imagine living without them. The thought of not eating sweets, pastas, white breads, or your favorite sauces and dressings as you do now means giving up old friends and being deprived of a really important part of your life.
Philosophy
The philosophy of LivingLean™ is that if people can change the way they think, they can change their lives in any way they desire. Real weight loss starts in the mind, goes to the emotions, and ends up with the choices that we make. Most of the choices you make about eating are based on the way you feel about what or how you are eating. When you think about eating “for your health” do you get all warm and fuzzy? Most likely not. In LivingLean™ you will discover why that is. You will start seeing and feeling differently about food, your health, and the possibilities that are available to you through LivingLean™ (living healthy and free). You will explore new ways of thinking about the process of eating that are very different from anything you've tried or thought of before.
You will discover and understand the many ways your mind tricks you and affects you emotionally and physically to keep you eating for comfort. In a few short days, you'll learn how to master your mind and change your emotional relationship with food, actually turning the process of losing weight into a positive experience. You'll learn how to eliminate the psychological blocks that have kept you away from success in the past. This training is about living lean and powerfully:
